Shoulders are complicated - very complicated. The joint is made up of 3 bones and the muscles controlling your shoulders start at the hips, attach to the head and finish in the forearm. The perfect functioning of shoulder is something we all take for granted but even a small malfunction in your biomechanics can cause pain and problems.
