Cancellation policy 
Physioimpulse  operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment fee. Missed appointments may be billed at full rates. You can provide notice of cancellation by phone and email or using the cancellation link on email appointment reminders

Located in the old green cricket pavilion overlooking Bath recreation ground.  Vehicle access is via Great Pulteney Street, then William St and parking is then available by following Spring Gardens around to park next to the pavilion in the adjacent spaces ,  a parking permit can be collected from reception as required but please inform whoever is booking your appointment, otherwise you may receive a penalty charge. THE CLINIC IS NOT THE PAVILLION AT THE SPORTS CENTRE
